Q. How often will I receive gin?

A. As often as you like, we're nothing if not flexible. Sign up on a monthly, bi monthly or quarterly basis to receive gin accordingly. You can always pause cancel or alter the frequency of your subscription at any time or try us out with one of our one off boxes.

Q. Whats in the box?

A. The contents of the box changes on a month-by-month basis. Every month we get a special edition gin made for our members and select the contents of the box to compliment this gin. Look out for delicious mixers and hard to find cocktail ingredients. Check out our 'Past Releases' page to see what our members have got before.

Q. When would I receive my package?

A. All of our boxes are sent out on the 5th of the month by next day delivery.

Q. Can you subscribe outside of the UK?

A. Unfortunately at the moment we can only facilitate orders within the UK.

Q. When will the payment be taken for my monthly subscription?

A. When you first sign up your first payment will be taken there and then. After that payments are processed every month on the last day of the month from the credit/debit card on file.

Q. What if my product arrives damaged in the post?

A. Whilst every care is taken to protect your product in transit accidents do happen and we will always ensure you get the package you have ordered. If your products do get damaged please don’t throw them away as we may require photos or other evidence to efficiently raise the issue with the courier.

Q. How can I cancel or change my subscription?

A. If you’re on our monthly subscription you are free to cancel your membership at any time. Just log in to your account and navigate to the 'Manage Subscriptions' tab. As we take our payments on the last day of every month you would need to cancel before this date to ensure you don’t receive the following month’s package and be charged appropriately. Cancellations processed after the last day of the month will take effect the following month.

 Q. When will my package arrive?

A. We send out our packages on the 5th of every month from our HQ so normally they will be with customers within 48 hours. If you are concerned that your package has taken longer than it should have done to arrive please CONTACT US
